Treatments

Biomechanical golf assessment

Using our unique screening tool we look at your posture, each of your joints, muscle length and core stability identifying areas of weakness, tightness and potential injury sites. Using this information alongside your swing analysis we will design a personalised exercise program to maximise your body’s potential.

Golf shoe insoles

Spending 3-4 hours out on the course on your feet requires quality footwear to avoid injury to your foot. Even when you have good shoes: flat feet, over pronation, foot pain, knee pain or even back pain caused by your feet can make walking the course a difficult proposition. Fairway physio stocks quality insoles and following an expert foot analysis we can fit a customised insole with arch and metatarsal support.

Injury management

As experts in assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries fairway physio are happy to work with you on any aches, pains or injuries you may have that affect your golf game. Acute or chronic. Necks or knees. Backs or shoulders. Ankles, elbows and wrists, Fairway Physio are here to help.

After a detailed assessment we will work together with you to design a treatment or management program to get you out on the course playing the best golf you can as soon as possible.
